Springbok assistant coach Deon Davids and prop Frans Malherbe have congratulated to the Blitzboks for claiming the gold medal in the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games rugby sevens.
The Springbok Sevens team produced a dominant performance to beat Fiji 31-7 in the final at Coventry Stadium on Sunday‚ outscoring their opponents by five tries to one.
“Just a huge congratulations for the Blitzboks on an outstanding performance‚” said Davids as the Springboks stepped up their preparations for their Rugby Championship clash against the All Blacks at Mbombela
