Alun Wyn Jones It’s a perfect opening game with fragile Ospreys there for the taking

Alun Wyn Jones This is another beautiful add-on!!

As a provincial player, the Heineken Cup is always your benchmark. It tells you how you match up against Europe’s best and the world’s top players. It’s the medal that everyone aspires to winning.

Munster have been handed one hell of a pool this year with champions Saracens, Racing 92 and Ospreys all in there, and one thing’s for sure, every single point is precious.

Last year between them Saracens and Racing only lost one pool game and just conceded a combined 25 tries from their 12 games. Ospreys had a year in the Challenge Cup and have gotten off to an horrific start in this year’s PRO14, so an away game against them is probably the best possible start Munster could have wished for.

Torn

There is also the issue of Ospreys’ injuries too. They have been torn to pieces in recent weeks with the likes of Gareth Anscombe, Dan Evans, Keelan Giles, Cory Allen and Sam Parry all set to miss out. There are also major doubts whether the Welsh lads will be back or not too, so if they take to the field without Alun Wyn Jones, Justin Tipuric, Bradley Davies and George North what hope have they?

If the Ospreys team is similar to last weekend that lost at home to the Southern Kings, Munster have to see this as a chance to get a bonus-point win

This is the awesome item ever%sentence_ending
