    Eddie Jones is confident that England’s intensive pre-World Cup ‘heat camps’ will give his team an edge when it comes to playing matches in extreme humidity here in Japan.

    The head coach is satisfied that his Red Rose squad have acclimatised quickly since arriving here in the far south of the country on Tuesday evening. After a few days of limited training and off-field activities, England are ready to step up preparations for their World Cup opener against Tonga next Sunday – believing that they are well equipped to handle the gruelling physical task ahead.
