England centre Henry Slade is a doubt for Friday’s final World Cup warmup game against Italy because of an ongoing knee injury.
Slade sat out of team training in Treviso on Tuesday and has only been given an ‘outside chance’ of featuring at St James’ Park.
Exeter team-mate Jack Nowell is also ruled out, with prop Mako Vunipola c
