Former test lock Justin Harrison has hinted the Wallabies’ sparkling lineout might be better off without David Pocock for the Bledisloe Cup test on Saturday night.
Harrison, who spoke toRugby.com.au, suggested the Wallabies forwards who did such an efficient job against All Blacks 47-26 in Perth last weekend could deserve to stay together and have another crack in Auckland for Bledisloe II.
While Harrison wouldn’t say what he would do if he was Wallabies coach Michael Cheika, he made it clear he would want to field the strongest lineout possible as the Wallabies try to win back the Bledisloe for the first time since they held it in 2002.
“Not my place to comment but in footy you pick on form and you put your best combinations on the field,” Harrison said.
