OPINION: Springbok Rudolph Gerhardus Snyman should be behind rugby’s bars for his harpooning of All Black Brodie Retallick on Saturday.
That he wasn’t cited for it shows either disdain for the rules by the All Blacks’ management or dereliction of their duty of care to their players.
Snyman was 117 kilograms of shaggy roast boer coming at torpedo speed to take out an unsuspecting Retallick at the back of a ruck.
